Walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. 10 min Uber ride to SJC airport or Avaya Stadium, 15 mins to Downtown San Jose, SAP Center or Levi's Stadium. Central location, close to everything!

If you have pre-arranged parking with me, please visit the unit first to get the Fob for garage access and directions on where to park. The unit is monitored 24/7 by security cameras in the hallway facing the front door, a Ring doorbell with motion detection and a noise monitoring system (does not record, just monitors sound levels). Loud noise that can be heard from outside the unit and unregistered guests in the unit are prohibited and will incur penalties including (but not limited to) forfeiting the remainder of your stay with no refund, losing your security deposit or being charged additional fines up to $400 for violating the rules. Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home. Home consists of a modern kitchen with gas stove and double oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, Keurig Coffee Maker and refrigerator with in-door water/ice dispenser. Kitchen island has seating for 4. Living room is equipped with a plush sectional sofa and 65" TV with Xfinity Flex service and a Netflix subscription. Upstairs master bedroom* with walk-in closet and full bathroom (the only shower in the unit is located upstairs). Downstairs bedroom* has a comfortable queen size bed and a spacious closet. A half bathroom can be found near the entryway. Enjoy the private balcony with views of Santana Row. Home is Wi-Fi equipped and has a full-size washer and dryer in unit. *Please note: Our home is a loft and has an open plan meaning there are no full walls or privacy doors on the bedrooms. **Disclosure: Decor may slightly differ from photos (but will be of similar style and quality) due to replacement for wear and tear or damage.
